For 3 seconds target foe has 24...36...50%less armor from your dagger skills, when this hex ends target foe is knocked down. If removed prematurelely either a) Wastrell's Collapse recharges 100% faster or b) target foe suffers 30...48...72 dmg and is kded for2...3 seconds
Requires you to use dagger skills so cannot be used as non dagger charecter and only has the armor penetration while using your skills. 3 seconds is enough to use your combo then follow it up with falling spider-dual attack. This would take some skill for the player to use the combo completely effectively so he can time it well.

After 3 seconds, target foe is knocked down. This Hex ends prematurely if that foe uses a Skill. if the hex was removed Wastrel's Collapse is recharged.
i am not sure about the 5 energy thing maybe do it like 10 e.
the idea is spamming it on a foe .. making them use skills all the time or get knocked down...
it can actully help by making long cast time proffessions to stand still. the long cast make them stand and if they wont use a skill then they will be knockdown which again prevents them from moving around.
its more appropriate for A secondery though.

Alright this weeks skill now is a bit more difficult to asses but I want to see what everyone thinks, this skill was massively abused in former GvG's pre factions, skills were balanced around this skill here we are:
Crippling Shot (Elite)
If Crippling Shot hits, your target becomes "Crippled" for 1...7 seconds. This attack cannot be "blocked".

With Burning Arrows and Broadhead Arrow in the format Crippling shot has definitely lost its throne as the top ranger elite. What will you modify? The mana cost? Added damage? Impress me!

Take into effect that mending touch is what makes crippling shot not usable. I do not want to stir the debate but I would like to see actual suggestions on modifying this exact skill in the current balance of what we have to see what could be done to make it a good contender. Not to say it is a bad skill but to make it more of a consideration on skill bars for rangers compared to BA.

If you cover it with apply poison, mending touch will only remove the first cripple. But you magically inflict 2 cripples.

But cripshot is fine. Mending Touch just needs to be 1..2

I know I'm supposed to "fix" cripshot, but I'd rather do something with Wastrel's Collapse ^_^

Target foe is hexed with Wastrel's Collapse for 5 seconds. Whenever hexed foe uses a skill, Wastrel's Collapse is refreshed for another 5 seconds. When Wastrel's Collapse ends, hexed foe is knocked down.

The winner knows and he can declare if he wants to , reason why I won't post about who it was and the decisions about it is purely for the sake of keeping the thread alive. For example say the people who chose, chose one I did not particularily like along with some other people, flaming + trashing etc etc could insue, therefore I leave the option with the winner.
We are not Anet and will not be changing the skillwhatsoever ingame, this is all theorhetical on what others want to see done with the skill so we put this on to let Anet know what we think about specific skills for PvP purposes and hopefully Gaile stops by and gives a shout !
The skills chosen is purely my choice, if you have a suggestion for next week send a pm

Personally i'd just reduce it to 2 adrenal so that it's really an on demand cripple. Using it every 2 adrenal would seriously hurt your adrenal gain for other skills (and sword has pretty costy adrenal skills) and for a skill doing no +damage would be a big waste overall so i don't think it would be too strong at all. But when you need the cripple, it would more or less always be ready.
I'd suggest that if you want to do this 'fix the skill' thing you really try to pick skills that are atm totally pointless. Wastrel's Collapse was a good pick, and i can think of many others like Tease, Unyielding Aura, etc. When you pick skills like Crippling Shot and Crippling Slash which ALREADY see use and aren't consider broken but actually decent by many, you'll definitely have less interesting debates and ideas (there was what, 20-30 for WC vs 3 for Crippling Shot). Personally i had no suggestion to give to Crippling Shot at all cause i think it's fine and that Mending Touch is simply too good. And while i give this one for Crippling Slash cause i think it'd be better this way, i don't believe the skill absolutely requires a buff while i can think of so many that do.

Just a small damage buff would be fine (like 5...17) would be great. Or even better, 1/2 cast time and some damage versus moving foes (again 5...17, maybe more).

Crippling Slash is totally useless I want the good idea's for the summer!
Edit: Mephisto so far I love your ideas, AoE crip on the warrior... follows the hundred blades ordeal, also the non blockage.
